Yes We Can!

It doesn’t take a scientist to see that I’m a blue-blooded Democrat. However, this year’s nominee party has me by surprise. Why? Simple. I can’t make a decision on who I like most… Obama or Hillary (regardless who wins, there’s no possible way we can be worse off than what we have in the current administration).

With that said, this isn’t my announcement on whom I’m voting for, but this does say a lot. This is one of the coolest videos I’ve seen as of yet. If this video doesn’t move you, it’s safe to say you’re not American…

I'm right there with you about the selection this time around. I was so torn this past Super Tuesday. Torn, even though I know in the end I'd be happy with either candidate. Though I am worried about the way in which Middle America/The Bible Belt will react to a female or African-American nominee. I'm not too optimistic. The last election was such a punch in the gut and really let me know that I'm so out of touch with the whole of America, apparently. Anyway, great video. I had heard about it… but hadn't yet watched it. Very inspiring and at many points chilling (in the best sense; goosebumps). Though you did lie to your Pownce audience… three minutes? It was 4:25! I want my money back! :P ;)

Great video. I, too, am very undecided, but then again I go through this every four years. It's been a long time since I have said of a candidate: I'm definitely going to vote for him/her. This may sound negative, but for the past twenty years or so I have been unable to get behind any candidate with absolute conviction. I guess it is a result of being lied to by government for so long — my level of trust is greatly diminished.

I have been a Republican for 35 years now, and after a very disappointing 8 years we all need a change. I was born and raised around rednecks and skinheads, so it might shock you to know I have seen the light and choose Obamma.
