We’re still having a blast in Destin, Florida! Thank you all for the comments and emails, I appreciate each and every one of them. I hesitated making this episode because in all honesty, it has NOTHING to do with computers or techy-news, but it does show my most favorite animal in the world doing some fun tricks. We went to the Gulfarium, the nation’s oldest aquarium, to see the dolphins and sharks and sea lions OH MY! It was NO Sea World… but it was fun.

Also, a gorgeous night shot in the waters of Destin, Florida. Finally, the ocean waves had picked up and the current was strong… the way I like it! I hope you enjoy!

Also, I want to pay respect and honor to Randy Pausch’s family. A man who was so smart, so witty and who made the best lecture of life I have ever seen. He passed away this weekend from his courageous battle with cancer. He was an instant celeb on YouTube and Oprah and he deserves all of us to watch his Last Lecture.

My friends! I finally got to a Starbucks wifi and can upload episode 8. I apologize for it not being my best shooting… I was literally in the ocean filming and the waves and currents present a nasty, lil’ challenge! It’s true, I was STUNG by a jellyfish on the stomach yesterday as well as had a 3 ft shark swim right past me (while 20 people screamed “SHARK” and swam to the beach). It was scary but all is fine. My stomach doesn’t even hurt anymore (where the bugger got me!)

I’ve always been guilty, typically on a Friday afternoon, of asking the question of “What’s there to do?” Thankfully, DailyCandy has the answer. DailyCandy is a website that provides up to the day updates on things to do in a particular city. The DailyCandy Dallas site is a wonderful and informative site that gives you all the latest and greatest things to do in categories such as lifestyle, fashion, travel, house/home and food/drink.

Their site offers a subscription that will be emailed to you daily or weekly and they give you some of the coolest things to do in the wonderful city that you currently live. As of this post, DailyCandy covers cities such as Dallas, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC and Seattle.

So check it out. I promise they give you nothing but moxie, fun, family-oriented and fashionably-oriented things to do so you’ll never have to ask the question again!
