I Look To You

Tuesday, September 1st, 2009

So anyone who really knows me, knows that I’m a huge Whitney Houston fan. I’ve loved her since I was a kid and “I Will Always Love You” is my most favorite song ever. I know she’s had it a bit rough as of late, but I truly believe she’s back on track and her new album just released yesterday. I had to get this song in some sort of expression, so naturally I made a photo “montage” of what this song means to me.

Losing my Dad on Easter this year and losing my only sibling, Steve, to cancer in 2005 has devastated my family – but I choose to look to my friends, my family and my loved ones to keep me through the rough times. I hope this video somehow captures that, especially with Whitney’s beautiful new song in the background.

Now go turn up your speakers.

Moxie Mo Show: Episode 9

Wednesday, July 30th, 2008

We’re still having a blast in Destin, Florida! Thank you all for the comments and emails, I appreciate each and every one of them. I hesitated making this episode because in all honesty, it has NOTHING to do with computers or techy-news, but it does show my most favorite animal in the world doing some fun tricks. We went to the Gulfarium, the nation’s oldest aquarium, to see the dolphins and sharks and sea lions OH MY! It was NO Sea World… but it was fun.

Also, a gorgeous night shot in the waters of Destin, Florida. Finally, the ocean waves had picked up and the current was strong… the way I like it! I hope you enjoy!

Also, I want to pay respect and honor to Randy Pausch’s family. A man who was so smart, so witty and who made the best lecture of life I have ever seen. He passed away this weekend from his courageous battle with cancer. He was an instant celeb on YouTube and Oprah and he deserves all of us to watch his Last Lecture.

My Mom: Happy Mother’s Day Video

Sunday, May 11th, 2008

Ever since my brother passed away in 2005 from colon cancer, I’ve dreaded holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, Mother’s Day has got to be one of the hardest that my family goes through, especially for my Mom. I wanted to try to convey how much I love my Mom in this video I made for her and my entire family and I hope it shows how special of a mother she truly is. She’s always been there to help raise me up over my hurdles in life and for that, I will always be grateful. Happy Mother’s Day!

Flipping Out Over My Flip!

Friday, December 7th, 2007

So Santa visited my a lil’ bit early and I got my Flip video recorder!!!  I love it.  We took a short trip up to Tulsa, OK to surprise my Mom on her 60th birthday.  It was a fantastic trip and we really surprised my Mom.  We also were able to have our 5th Annual HBF Christmas exchange.  I have the best friends, family and boyfriend in the world.

So, with a drum roll please, I’d like to introduce to the world my first video… meet Deco Pauge McCord-Greer at my Mom and Dad’s house.
