So, as you can see from my previous post, I was having a heck of a time fixing my RSS feed. I consider a RSS feed very vital and if there’s something wrong with mine, I needed it fixed ASAP. I could not find anything after googling “Wordpress RSS feed issues”.

So what I finally realized, after looking at my feed’s XML source file and validating it with Feed Validator, I noticed the error was part of a plugin I use called Wassup. Wassup is a plugin for Wordpress blogs that allows you to see your visitors.

I deactivated the Wassup plugin and miraculously everything worked in my RSS feed. It began updating again, I could view my RSS feed on IE 7, FF 2 and 3 and Safari! It was amazing.

So, my fellow bloggers who used Wordpress, when in doubt, deactivate your plugins.

All right my awesome blog readers! According to the poll you did for me, some of you are interested in subscribing to my blog via RSS but don’t know how. You can either choose to subscribe via RSS by clicking on the RSS icon on the top of the sidebar (to the right) or now you can subscribe to my blog BY EMAIL! How simple is that?

Now keep in mind, I love it when you actually visit my blog, but subscribing will ensure you never have to miss any of my blog posts again! And please know, this blog is NOTHING without my awesome readers! So thank you for all who contribute, it means the world to me!

One of my goals is creating this blog is to discuss the moxiest, newest technology out there. Although Jott has been around for a little while, the services that Jott has recently added now have my attention. Once you’ve created a free account with Jott, all you have to do is call a toll-free number and speak whatever it is you wish to say clearly. You then have the option for Jott to transcribe what you say and send it to any of your contacts on email or now even Twitter.

They also just added cross functionality with Wordpress, the software I use for my blog. I can literally call the Jott toll-free number next time there’s breaking news and within seconds, Jott will transcribe my voicemail into a new blog post for you to read. Moxie indeed!

This is exactly why I love Twitter. You meet some of the coolest, moxiest people who teach you some really cool things and who share with you some awesome sites. For example, @daynah, the nicest lady I know who has helped me with fixing my website has a wonderful blog called PHP-Princess that you should check out! She’s always writing about the coolest widgets, websites and podcasts.

Her website turned me on to Lab Pixies. I wanted to embed this widget to show you, my readers, what I am talking about. There are several different widgets you can embed directly into your website (blog, MySpace, etc). Just wanted to share.
