My First Blog Post: Dedicated to iPhone
Back in October, I broke down and bought myself an iPhone. I must say, I am so pleased with this gadget. It truly is an amazing piece of gadgetry. What’s even more interesting (to me) is how I’ve found the world of Podcasts and wow, I had no idea all the things you can download and listen/watch… all for free.
Itunes delivers thousands of different podcasts/video podcasts (www.itunes.com) but I must say that my favorite things about these podcasts are:
(1) CommandN – Will and Amber… the best co-hosts for any tech/gadget lover. I’ve learned SO much from these two and particularly my favorite part of CommandN is the “website picks of the week”. They discuss weekly tech news without being too techy. They also do something that no one else does… they make this news interesting!
(2) When you have an iPhone, the video you can download is amazing. I also bought the iPhone AV connector so I can watch all the videos, TV shows, movies on my big TV versus just on my iPhone screen. I love it.
(3) My #1 gift on my Christmas list is for a video recorder… does anyone know if this video recorder is worth the purchase (keep in mind that I’m not looking to be an Emmy-producer video director)? You have made a very good decision, if you would like to be part of a community of "Switchers" then checkout my Forum where we have lots of other like minded people new to the Mac.
