It is the latest version of iTunes 10.1.1 and the phone is one day old.
Can anyone help?</description>

		<description>I solved my particular problem -- Itunes was hanging at the point where it was syncing a file called something like 2348239482734 43027.mp4 or whatever. Anyway, I deleted all Voice Memos from my iphone and it now syncs just fine. I suppose one or more of the Voice Memo files was corrupt.</description>

		<description>Thanks for posting this solution, it appears to be working just fine.  I had reset my iPod Touch and reinstalled iTunes to no avail. Now all my files are synchronizing without a crash.</description>
