Cindy -

You just need a website and you need to read Woopra's instructions... it tells you where to add the javascript code (I believe it's just on the index.php/index.html file) and then it will work once you're approved. Again, go to Woopra's website (www.woopra.com) and you should be able to get your answers there.

sorry I am new to all this and

no , we don' tave a blog on our site but
assuming we can add this Woopra javascript code on just our normal web pages
does one add it to all pages on the website or does woopra work only if you have a blog??

Cindy,

Sounds like you didn't add the Woopra javascript code to your blog. Woopra has "how-to's" on all of that, that's not my expertise, sorry. If you have a Wordpress blog like I do, you simply just install the Woopra Plugin.

hi jeff
thanks for your message

yes, we have already been approved by woopra and only proceeded to do this after we received their invitation code etc.
when we log in to members area it does show our ID and all that but nothing else like stats, tracking etc

it s not updating any stats - just shows all zeros like no visitors
what do we need to to get it working?
is there any other software we need to get - note soemthing about plug ins - by the way we use MAC systems
trying to do this MACBOOK Intel 2.4 ghz ne machine

any and all comments/suggestions welcomed
thanks for all your help and advice
much appreciated

Cindy,

You still need to be approved by Woopra and have your site added... to do that, you will need to go to http://www.woopra.com and go from there.

Thanks for adding a comment!

Will it work on MacBooks that ARE NOT 64bit? I couldn't get the java to install on my Macbook, when I tried it a few months ago, because it's not a 64bit intel Macbook. Does this get around that?

Thanks for the excellent problem-solving advice. Now that I see what the Woopra desktop client can do, I'm blown away.
